A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o reuniu cerca de 20 empres\u00e1rios locais e teve como foco a melhoria da gest\u00e3o, o aumento da lucratividade e a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e aos turistas.<\/p>\n<p>O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do consultor gastron\u00f4mico Paulo Alceu Vasconcelos, respons\u00e1vel por conduzir o treinamento com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas sobre controle operacional, otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos na cozinha, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de desperd\u00edcios, experi\u00eancia do cliente e sustentabilidade financeira dos neg\u00f3cios. A proposta foi mostrar que a gastronomia, al\u00e9m de sabor e tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m exige planejamento, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e vis\u00e3o empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa integra o Fronteira Hub, projeto previsto no Plano de Desenvolvimento Municipal, e refor\u00e7a a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de Bela Vista para um novo momento de crescimento, especialmente ligado ao turismo religioso, hist\u00f3rico e de natureza.
